We can advise on the cost effectiveness of your product for production.

At this stage the designs are finalised, a strong idea of fabrics, trims and embellishments are given and any finishes on the product are discussed and agreed.
We recommend that you design for the season 6-8 months in advance.

Lead times are dependent on how quickly you can provide all information, the length of time it takes to agree the final designs and how busy our departaments  are.
We would normally recommend 2-4 weeks on this stage depending on the number of your styles.
